All services provided by the firm are professional, intellectual, and non-tangible in nature.

Legal services formally commence once:

• A consultation has been conducted and/or

• A written or verbal engagement has been confirmed, and/or

• Professional fee (full or partial) has been received, and/or

• Legal work has been initiated on behalf of the client.

The scope of services shall be limited to the agreed terms of engagement.

Professional fees are charged based on the nature, complexity, urgency, and scope of the matter. Fees may include:

• Consultation Fee

• Retainer Fee

• Case Filing Fee

• Appearance Fee

• Drafting Charges

• Miscellaneous administrative expenses (where applicable)

All fees are communicated and agreed upon prior to initiation of work unless circumstances require immediate legal action.

Once legal services have been initiated, professional fees are strictly non-refundable. Initiation of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Legal consultation conducted

• Legal advice provided

• Drafting or review of documents commenced

• Court filings prepared or submitted

• Legal research performed

• Representation undertaken before any court, authority, or tribunal

Due to the professional and intellectual nature of legal work, time, expertise, and resources invested cannot be reversed or recovered.

If payment has been made but legal services have not yet been initiated, the amount may be refundable subject to the following conditions:

• A written refund request must be submitted

• Administrative or transaction charges may be deducted

• Refund approval shall be at the sole discretion of the firm after internal review

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within a reasonable time through the original mode of payment where possible.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the firm to resolve the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and recovery proceedings.

Legal outcomes depend on judicial discretion, evidence, and applicable law. Payment of professional fees does not guarantee a specific result.

This Services and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Naich Law Firm reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Updated versions shall be published on the official website.
