Our Retainer Packages

Naich Law Firm offers flexible legal support options tailored to your business. We offer options focused on legal document services and consultation, as well as litigation-focused retainers. All monthly retainer fees are payable in advance. Unused hours or case limits in the monthly retainer packages are non-transferable to the following month.

I. Legal Document Services & Consultation

Option 1. Basic Legal Document Services & Consultation

Monthly Fee: PKR 150,000
Scope of Services: Up to 5 hours of combined legal document drafting, correspondence, consultation, and document review. This includes contracts, agreements, business letters, legal correspondence, legal notices, demand letters, and termination notices. Services are available via phone and email. Unused hours are non-transferable to the next month.
Supplemental Services (Billed Separately):

Court Case Add-on (If Litigation Arises): Reduced monthly fee of PKR 50,000 per case per month.
Additional Legal Document Preparation/Consultation: Reduced fee of PKR 35,000 per hour.

Expenses: Clients are responsible for all associated expenses, including government fees, stamp duty, and other out-of-pocket expenses related to legal documents and services. These expenses are separate from the professional fees outlined in this agreement.
Non-Transferable Limits: Unused hours or case limits are non-transferable to the following month.
Agreement Term: Minimum one year, maybe renewed with mutual consent.
Payment Terms: The first two (2) months' fees are payable in advance upon signing the retainer agreement. Subsequent monthly fees are invoiced and payable at the start of each month, inclusive of any court expenses incurred during that month.

Option 2. Enhanced Legal Document Services & Consultation

Monthly Fee: PKR 300,000
Scope of Services: Up to 10 hours of combined legal document drafting, correspondence, consultation, and document review. This includes contracts, agreements, business letters, legal correspondence, legal notices, demand letters, and termination notices. Services are available via phone and email. Unused hours are non-transferable to the next month.
Supplemental Services (Billed Separately):

Court Case Add-on (If Litigation Arises): Reduced monthly fee of PKR 50,000 per case per month.
Additional Legal Document Preparation/Consultation: Reduced fee of PKR 35,000 per hour.

Scope of Services: Representation in up to 3 court cases concurrently. This is a litigation-focused retainer.
Up to 2 hours of combined legal document drafting, correspondence, consultation, and document review. This includes contracts, agreements, business letters, legal correspondence, legal notices, demand letters, and termination notices. Services are available via phone and email. Unused hours are non-transferable to the next month.
Supplemental Services (Billed Separately):

Court Case Add-on (If Additional Litigation Arises): Representation in additional cases beyond the four (3) included in this option will be charged at a rate of PKR 50,000 per case, per month, or the client may also choose to discuss a flat fee arrangement for these additional cases.
Additional Legal Document Preparation/Consultation: Reduced fee of PKR 35,000 per hour.

This includes contracts, agreements, business letters, legal correspondence, legal notices, demand letters, and termination notices. Services are available via phone and email. Unused hours are non-transferable to the next month.
